In Russia, in the Bryansk region, explosions and fires were reported. Russian media wrote about it on Saturday, September 30.
“An explosion at an electrical substation in the village of Pogar, Bryansk region. It is located 30 kilometers from the Ukrainian border,” the network reported.
According to local residents, there was a complete blackout in the area. The causes and victims are unknown, there is no official information.

Earlier, the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoyt, said that the region was subjected to a massive attack by “Ukrainian UAVs,” one of which dropped explosives on a substation in the Belovsky district. As a result of the attack, five settlements were cut off.
