The State Bureau of Investigation said that the woman demanded money for establishing a second disability group for his father, which would allow him to complete his service. The doctors of the commission promised to arrange the “service” for 3.2 thousand dollars.
At the time of the arrest, the official was trying to get rid of the money by eating a hundred dollar bill. During searches in the Turkovskaya hospital, members of the commission found 30 thousand dollars, 10 thousand 600 dollars, 37 thousand UAH and 520 zlotys. All face up to 10 years behind bars.
The attackers received the money in three tranches. During the transfer of the last amount, law enforcement officers detained the deputy head of the medical advisory commission in the city of Turka.
During the arrest, the official tried to get rid of the money by eating a $100 bill. However, law enforcement officers prevented this and seized the funds. Other members of the criminal group were also detained.
