“Ukraine does not want to negotiate, it refuses to do so,” the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed.
He claims that the draft agreement was with representatives of the Ukrainian side for almost a month and a half.
“We are ready to work honestly based on the proposals made by our colleagues in Ukraine. And so far, the draft agreement written on the basis of those proposals is on the side of the Ukrainian in almost a month and a half,” he said. by Lavrov.
He also recalled that on June 7, the Russian delegation will go to Turkey to negotiate the adjustment of the process of exporting grain from Ukrainian ports.
Earlier, adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak said that progress in the negotiations is impossible, because Russia has returned to aggressive rhetoric.
