As a result of the explosion and fire in an industrial warehouse in Tashkent, about 600 apartments in 26 multi-storey buildings, as well as a school and two kindergartens, were damaged. The local administration announced this on September 28.
It was noticed that the facades, window frames and roofs of the buildings were damaged. The city authorities promised to pay for the damage.
In connection with the emergency situation in the Sergeli district of the capital, a criminal case was initiated.
An investigation team was formed and appropriate forensic tests were ordered to determine the cause of the fire.
