He complained that the West periodically mentions the possibility of negotiations with Russia, but at the same time “strongly and definitely declared” that the only basis for this is the Peace Formula of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
“There is nothing worth discussing about it (the Peace Formula – ed.), it is a pure ultimatum. No man more or less in his right mind can advance such an ultimatum as an indisputable basis for negotiations, unless he seeks to disrupt and prevent these negotiations,” – said Lavrov.
