Ukrainian troops advanced in the direction of Donetsk. President Vladimir Zelensky announced this on Telegram following a conference call on Wednesday, September 27.
“I received reports on the situation at the front, the supply of equipment and ammunition, intelligence data. There is our progress in the direction of Donetsk. There are other plans being implemented,” the head of state wrote.
Zelensky also received a report on the situation in the Kherson region, which the Russians continue to threaten.
“Twenty-six KAB (adjusted bombs in the air – ed.) in the last 24 hours. Consequences are removed, people are helped. I ordered to find additional solutions to stop this fear,” he said.
Zelensky also praised the SBU for stopping the gunners who launched a night strike in Kyiv a week ago.
“A good signal to all traitors: there will be compensation,” the president promised.
Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to advance in the direction of Tauride. This was announced by the commander of OSGV Tavria, Brigadier General Alexander Tarnavsky.
