In an evening video message to the people of Ukraine, President Vladimir Zelensky spoke about the meeting of the Headquarters and thanked those who removed the consequences of the Russian strikes on Ukraine.

Separately, Zelensky thanked the rescuers, police and utility workers who removed the consequences of the enemy attack in Odessa, Poltava and Cherkasy regions.
