A parliamentarian of three convocations and a member of the “Trust” parliamentary group passed away on the night of September 25. The head of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk announced this on Facebook.

Terrible news. Tonight, People’s Deputy of Ukraine Andrey Ivanchuk passed away into eternity. My sincere condolences to family and friends on the untimely death. Everlasting memory! – the message says.

What was the cause of death is unknown. They note that it was sudden. Ivanchuk was 50 years old.

As you know, Ivanchuk was first elected as a people’s deputy in 2012; he entered the Verkhovna Rada on the list of the Batkivshchyna party. And in the early elections of 2014, he ran for parliament from the Popular Front party.

In 2019, Ivanchuk was elected to the Verkhovna Rada as a non-party self-nominated candidate. He was a member of the “Trust” parliamentary group.
