Ukrainian drone hits FSB building in Kursk
A Ukrainian drone attacked the Russian FSB building in Kursk. There is no clear information about the extent of the destruction or casualties, however, according to an interlocutor from the State Intelligence Service of Ukraine, there was a direct drone hit on the building.
Later, in Kursk, another object was attacked from a drone. An oil refinery near a local airport was hit. The mayor of Kursk, Igor Kutsak, behind these events, canceled the fireworks for City Day.
Poland prepared transit corridors for Ukrainian grain
Polish President Andrzej Duda said his country has prepared transit corridors for the export of Ukrainian grain to countries in need. Russia hit houses in Kherson region

In the Maryinsky direction, within 24 hours, our defenders successfully repelled 11 enemy attacks in the Maryinka area of the Donetsk region. In the direction of Shakhtarsky, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Ugledar, Zolotaya Niva, Urozhainoye, Staromayorskoye and Zelenoe Pole.
The Speaker of Congress decided to keep $300 million for Ukraine in the US defense budget
The Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Republican Kevin McCarthy, said he would keep $300 million in aid to Ukraine in the Pentagon funding bill; he previously intended to withdraw these funds. He explained that he decided to keep the funds after realizing that another budget bill – funding the State Department and foreign operations – also included money for Ukraine. According to McCarthy, “it is becoming increasingly difficult to remove aid to Ukraine from the State Department budget and foreign operations,” so he decided to leave money for Ukraine in both projects.
