The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan will visit Brussels on Tuesday, September 26, where he will meet with the advisers of the President of France, the Chancellor of Germany and the head of the European Council, as well as the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan.
Subsequently, on October 5, a meeting between the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Azerbaijan is scheduled to take place in the south of Spain in the city of Granada. It will also be attended by the President of France, the Chancellor of Germany and the head of the European Council.
As you know, on Tuesday, September 19, Azerbaijan announced the start of “local measures against terrorism” in Nagorno-Karabakh.
After that, the operation of the Azerbaijani army in the region began. However, Armenia did not send its army there. The Azerbaijani operation ended a day later.
