Rashists continue to carry out activities to prepare for mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of southern Ukraine.

In particular, the Russians are forming a system of military registration of conscripts liable for military service from residents of the occupied territories. This was reported today, September 24, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
That is, the occupiers created the so-called “federal commissariats” in the TOT of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the Central Tax Service notes.
The Russian occupation administrations are also taking other measures to prepare for future mobilization:
- advertisements are regularly posted in propaganda Telegram channels demanding that the local population of military age and those liable for military service provide personal data and copies of identity documents with subsequent registration for “temporary registration” in the newly-formed military commissariats;
- local residents regularly receive summonses requiring them to appear at the local ROA office for military registration.
