The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook on September 23.
There is currently one enemy ship in the Sea of Azov, and one enemy ship in the Mediterranean Sea. There are no launch vehicles there.
According to the Ukrainian Navy, over the past 24 hours, in the interests of Russia, the following have passed through the Kerch-Yenikal Strait:

to the Sea of Azov – 19 ships, two of them were moving from the Bosphorus Strait;

to the Black Sea – 20 ships, of which three continued moving towards the Bosphorus Strait.
Let us remind you that as of 8:00 Saturday, Russia had five ships on combat duty in the Black Sea; there were no launch vehicles.
Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by disabling Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) on civilian vessels in the Sea of Azov.
