Belarusians have the following choice: carry out land reclamation or fight drones, said Alexander Lukashenko.
The formal leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, is thinking about how to counter the repeated attacks of drones flying over Russia. He said this during a seminar-meeting on the development of livestock farming in the country, his press service reported on Friday, September 22.
“Do you see how they are bombing Russia now? You see, the drones are flying back and forth. The most difficult, new question. These “Wagnerites” are sitting with me now and telling everyone how the this war. I think: how to resist this? Like this there is an option, like this, like this. And it costs hundreds of millions of rubles,” he said.
According to Lukashenko, the choice is either to carry out land reclamation or fight drones.
“This is a terrible weapon. We discussed it with Putin. But it’s crazy money! But life is more important,” he said, without specifying whose life itself is more important.
Earlier, Lukashenko said that the goals of the so-called “SVO” have been achieved. Putin’s henchman believes that Ukraine will never be aggressive towards Russia after the current war.
