This was announced by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Federov.
The SBU learned about the headquarters of the occupiers at the engine plant and passed this information on to the military. As a result of the strike, the commander of the 58th Army of the Russian Federation, fighting in the Zaporozhye direction, and the chief of staff were injured. Several dozen more Russian officers were injured. About ten of them died.
The mayor of Melitopol indicated that after the “clap” near the Motor Plant, where several dozen Russian officers were killed and the commander of the 58th Army of the Russian Federation was wounded, the occupiers continue to clear the rubble. Also in the Vasilyevsky district, not far from the front line, Russian army equipment and ammunition depots were hit.
