Earlier, in the Sambir TCC in the Lviv region, the deputy head of one of the departments of the military registration and enlistment office and a driver-soldier were detained.
The DBI established that they had illegally detained the man since September 12 and starved him to force him to undergo a military medical examination.
It was previously established that on September 19, 2023, the driver beat a citizen and threatened him with a weapon. He punched and kicked the victim in the body and face (the corresponding video was distributed on the Internet).
Earlier, a video appeared on social networks showing people in military uniform threatening a man in civilian clothes. Lvov TsK noted that the video “shows part of the incident,” so it is necessary to find out what preceded the actions of the military. An internal audit was ordered, and the military personnel were removed from their duties until all circumstances were clarified.
