Officials illegally detained and tortured two men, residents of Kharkov and Krivoy Rog, at the military registration and enlistment office.
The deputy head of one of the departments of Sambir district TCC and SP, as well as a military driver-driver of this department, was found on suspicion of torture and illegal imprisonment. It was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation.
It was noted that officials illegally detained and tortured two men at the military registration and enlistment office, residents of Kharkov and Krivoy Rog, who were trying to illegally cross the border into Poland.
The men were detained by border guards, a protocol was drawn up for violating the rules of crossing the state border, and they were taken to the military registration and enlistment office for military registration.
“The military registration and enlistment office tried to force the two men to “voluntarily” undergo a military medical commission for further mobilization, which they did not agree to. One of the victims was kept at the military registration and enlistment office for 10 days, others for seven,” the report said.
Yesterday, September 19, under the “supervision” of the leader, a military driver beat the same citizen. He punched and kicked one of the victims in the body and face, threatening him with a weapon. The corresponding video was distributed on the Internet on the same day. Another man was hit in the head.
We remind you that an investigation has been launched into this fact.
