In particular, the dictators agreed to open “diplomatic missions” of North Korea in Donetsk and Lugansk.
The purpose of such institutions will be to attract labor migrants from the DPRK to the TOT, who will carry out construction work.
Such actions by the Kremlin indicate the lack of a sufficient number of workers from the territory of Russia itself or labor migrants from Central Asia, whom they could attract to the WTO both for the construction of engineering and fortification infrastructure for the Russian occupation forces, and for construction in the interests of the occupation administrations, – comments Center for National Resistance.
