The head of the Investigation Department of the GUNP in the Kharkov region, Sergei Bolvinov, announced this today, September 16, on his Facebook page.
It is noted that there were three people in the minibus:
- the driver and passenger (male and female) died on the spot;
- another passenger suffered from shell shock and is now in the regional hospital.
Terrorists continue to destroy civilian Ukrainians, attacking residential buildings and infrastructure. But here is a targeted shot at an ordinary civilian car,” Bolvinov emphasized.
He noted that law enforcement officers working at the scene barely had time to pick up the wounded and the bodies of the dead when the Russians opened fire a second time.
But this still will not prevent us from working out and carefully collecting evidence of the aggressor country’s next crime, Bolvinov added.
