Russian invaders are completing preparations to begin mobilizing residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine for war against the Motherland.

In particular, according to the CNS:
- in the occupied lands of the Kherson region, the fake “military registration and enlistment office” has already developed a mobilization plan and has begun issuing summonses to reserve officers. “Military registration and enlistment offices” work on the basis of data that residents provided during the “elections” and the distribution of food packages;
- In the Donetsk region, 100 summonses were handed out during the “elections”. Military registration and enlistment offices are also actively collecting data on persons born in 2006 with an eye to mobilization in 2024.
The mobilization of residents of the occupied territories is a gross violation of international law and indicates Moscow’s intention to destroy the Ukrainians, the CNS notes.
Let us recall that earlier the Central Tax Service warned that the Russians are using the fake “elections” that they held at the WTO in early September to clarify the lists of future mobilized.
