On Saturday, September 16, the occupiers launched at least four attacks on the city. Emergency services rushed to the scene of the hit. Civilians were urged to take shelter. The head of the Kharkov regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov reported this on Telegram.
Mayor Igor Terekhov also confirmed information about the explosions.
Telegram monitoring channels write about a Russian reconnaissance UAV over Kharkov, correcting enemy fire in the city. The shelling was carried out by ballistics, initially from Russian Belgorod.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported the threat of the use of ballistic weapons in the Kharkov, Kiev, Chernigov, Cherkassy, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, Odessa and Zaporozhye regions.

Military personnel from the Vostok airborne military complex shot down three enemy drones over the region, and the debris of one of them fell in the Pervomaiskaya community of the Nikopol region.
