The Russian S-400 air defense system battery near Yevpatoria, which was attacked by Ukrainian troops on the night of today, September 14, was probably “drained” by a Russian tourist a year ago.

The man then published a selfie on social networks taken in front of the S-400 installations located somewhere in the area of Lake Solone.
The corresponding assumption was made on his Twitter page by network analyst OSINTtechnical, who also published satellite images of this air defense complex taken on August 28.
The location of the battery was drained last year by a Russian tourist, the analyst noted.
The photographs published by a tourist last year also contained geolocation data, which indicated that they were taken in the area of Lake Terekli (Solene) near the village of Molochnoye.
The location of the battery has been removed over the past year by Russian tourism.

Let us recall that a high-resolution satellite image published today by Radio Liberty confirmed the impression of the positions of the Russian S-400 air defense systems near Yevpatoriya.
