The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has assessed the missile reserves in Russia. Moscow managed to circumvent sanctions and increase missile production, but in fact, current production volumes do not allow a return even close to pre-war levels.

Current production volumes do not allow (Russians – ed.) to return even close to the level of missile reserves as of February 24, says Andrei Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, in a statement on the telethon.
According to him, Russians will not be able to return to such volumes for a long time.
Let us recall that The New York Times reported that Russia managed to circumvent sanctions and export controls that were imposed by the West. Foreign components are often found in the debris of missiles that Russia fires at Ukrainian territory.
