As a result of the offensive operations, the Defense Forces had a partial success in the areas of Kleshchievka, Andreevka, Kurdyumovka of the Donetsk region, drove the enemy from their positions and joined the achieved lines. Russian troops continue to ignore the laws and customs of war, use terror tactics, and fire on both military and civilian targets. During the day, the enemy launched one missile and 80 air strikes, carried out 32 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.

It was mentioned that in the direction of Kupyansk, the Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled the enemy attack in the northeast of Berestovaya, Kharkov region. The Russians did not take offensive actions in the direction of Liman; they continued to regroup their troops.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy tried to restore the lost position in the Bogdanovka area of the Donetsk region. In the Maryinsky direction, during the day, the Ukrainian military successfully repelled more than 10 enemy attacks in the Maryinka area.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct an offensive operation in the direction of Melitopol, offensive (attack) operations in the direction of Bakhmut, destroy the enemy and step by step liberate the occupied territories.
“As a result of the offensive operations, the Defense Forces had a partial victory in the areas of Kleschievka, Andreevka, Kurdyumovka of the Donetsk region, displaced the enemy from their positions and joined the achieved lines,” said of the General Staff.
During the day, Defense Forces aircraft carried out 10 strikes on areas where military personnel and equipment are concentrated, and two on Russian anti-aircraft missile systems. The units of the missile forces hit a control center, an anti-aircraft missile system, 10 artillery pieces, two ammunition trains and an enemy electronic warfare station.
Let’s recall that since the beginning of the war, the total combat losses of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine amounted to approximately 270,350 people. In the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 590 invaders.
