A large-scale drone attack on the Odessa region was carried out by Russian invaders on the night of September 13.

The attack injured six truck drivers and one local resident. All the wounded were hospitalized, one of the drivers is in critical condition. Port and civil infrastructure facilities and truck parking were also damaged. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors, in collaboration with other security officials, are documenting the consequences of the attacks.
In Romania, during a night attack, residents of the villages of Tulchinsky district received an RO-Alert message during an attack by Russian drones in southern Ukraine. Digi24 notes that residents were warned about the possible fall of drone debris and were urged to remain calm and take cover.
