The defense forces inflict heavy losses on the enemy and have partial success in the areas of Rabotino and Kleshchievka.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue offensive operations in the directions of Bakhmut and Melitopol, and are having success in some areas. Spokesman of the General Staff Andrei Kovalev announced this on September 13.
He noted that in the direction of Melitopol, the Ukrainian army caused great losses to the occupying forces in manpower and equipment, forcing the enemy to retreat from their positions.
“As a result of the offensive operations, the Defense Forces had a partial victory in the Rabotino region of the Zaporozhye region,” emphasized the representative of the General Staff.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to conduct offensive operations south of the city of Bakhmut, have had a partial success in the Kleshchievka area of the Donetsk region, and are causing huge losses to the enemy in manpower and equipment.
At the same time, in the northwest of Bakhmut, the Defense Forces are preventing the counter-offensive of the Russian troops.
“The enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Orekhovo-Vasilovka area of the Donetsk region,” the spokesman added.
It was previously reported that the planned combat operations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of the village of Opytnoye in the Donetsk region are continuing.
