Digi24 reports this.
A significant number of soldiers and a truck with construction materials were noticed on the territory of the Catalkioi society. Army sources reported that this may be related to the construction of shelters for residents of the village of Plaura, near which the wreckage of two Russian drones was found.
In September, Romania’s National Emergency Committee decided to build shelters for residents of villages above the Danube and send notifications in case of a threat. Subsequently, the Ministry of National Defense announced that they were beginning the construction of two shelters for the population in Plaur; about 50 military personnel and 20 pieces of equipment were involved in the work. Concrete structures are used for the walls. The shelters will measure 9.6 m by 2 m and will be 1.5 m high.
Let us remind you that on September 4, Ukraine reported that during the Russian “Shahed” attack on Izmail and Reni, two drones fell on the territory of Romania.
