The assets of state traitor Viktor Medvedchuk, despite the court ruling, were not arrested and they changed owners. According to an investigation by Bihus.Info, law enforcement officers “forgot” to enter the arrest documents into the state register.

Journalists suggest that the ex-deputy head of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the Yanukovych era, whom President Vladimir Zelensky in 2020 appointed deputy head of the Presidential Office, where he is responsible for law enforcement, is involved in this. Tatarov is allegedly connected with the companies that took over Medvedchuk’s share.
After the arrest, during 2022-2023, the Medvedchuk-Kazak structures, because of which the companies were arrested, as well as Stolar’s company, were removed from the property. Now the owner of the assets is businessman Valery Mishchenko, his parts remain, and he completely transferred one of the companies to himself. The place of Medvedchuk and Stolar was taken by two new owners – Peter Togramadzhan from Bulgaria with a criminal past and Vadim Ivanov from Riga.
Let us recall that on April 12, 2022, the SBU managed to find and detain Viktor Medvedchuk, who on the day of the full-scale Russian invasion escaped from house arrest and was hiding in the capital. Last year he was exchanged for 215 Ukrainian military and civilian prisoners, including Azovstal defenders. On January 10, 2023, Zelensky signed a decree depriving Medvedchuk of citizenship.
On February 1, 2023, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted searches of the people’s deputy from the banned “OPZZH” Vadim Stolar, suspected of participating in the legalization of funds from Medvedchuk and other sanctioned persons.
