This was stated by the governor of this Muscovite region, Roman Starovoyt.
The first drone dropped an explosive device late in the evening of September 11, Starovoit wrote in a telegram. The explosion damaged facades and broke several window panes in two houses on Lenin Street, the governor said, adding that no residents were injured.
Around midnight, Rylsk was attacked by a second drone. According to Starovoit, one of the buildings on Lenin Street was again damaged, but no people were injured.
Authorities in the Kursk region, which borders Ukraine, have been regularly reporting Ukrainian drone attacks over the past few months. Thus, at the end of August, drones attacked a military airfield in the Kursk region, damaging several aircraft, and at the beginning of September it was reported that a drone had crashed in the city of Kurchatov near the Kursk nuclear power plant.
