In the Belgorod region on the night of Monday, September 11, they announced that they shot down two UAVs. This was reported by the regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov and the Russian Ministry of Defense.
It was noted that two unmanned aerial vehicles were allegedly destroyed by air defense systems on duty in the territory of the Belgorod region.
According to the regional governor Gladkov, the Russian air defense system was activated in the district of the city of Yakovlevsky, and two drone-type aircraft were shot down. No one was killed.
He added that fragments of one of the drones fell on the road near a private residential building. All emergency services are on site.
