The Polish border guards were attacked by seven unidentified people wearing masks and uniforms of the Belarusian Armed Forces. It was reported on Sunday, September 10 in X (Twitter) State Border Guard Service of Poland.
It was learned that the incident happened the previous day, around 21:00. A group of unidentified people wearing masks and wearing the uniform of the Belarusian Armed Forces attacked the Polish border guards near the village of Dubichi-Tserkovnoye, located near the Belarusian city of Brest.
The Polish Border Service added that seven people from the territory of Belarus started throwing stones at the border guards. The unidentified men were armed with slingshots and flashlights, which they used to blind the border guards.
The Polish border department summarizes that due to an attack by unknown people, special forces arrived on this side of the border.
Earlier it was reported that Poland will strengthen the border with Belarus with ten thousand troops.
We remind you that Poland and the Baltic countries are ready to “completely cut off” Belarus from Europe in the event of “critical incidents” on the border.
