As part of this propaganda campaign, the Russians are trying to convince the world that the power in the Kremlin is legitimate and that there is a mechanism for changing this power in the country. The enemy pays special attention to “voting” at the TOT, where, according to legend, the “electoral process” is needed by someone other than a handful of Gauleiters, the CNS notes.
It is noted that the occupiers took the following measures to increase turnout in these “elections”:
- extended the “single voting day” for more than 10 days;
- it was the “voting” that was done at the place of residence;
- actively brings in extras from state employees.
Thus, in the Kherson region, all doctors were sent to the polling stations to “vote”, the overwhelming majority of whom were brought from Russia, the Central Tax Service notes.
