Ukraine may join NATO earlier than the European Union. This will guarantee the security of the whole of Europe. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Olga Stefanishyna in an interview with the Voice of America.
“We will be ready for EU membership in the next two years, but, of course, the course of the war will determine the political borders. will do 10 times more… . so that this decision is made,” he assured of officer.
Ukraine is one of the main partners of the EU, as it has the largest economic market. From this point of view, the readiness of Ukraine to join the EU is the highest among other countries.

“It was adopted at the Vilnius summit. Now we are working to strengthen the compatibility with the forces of the Alliance, and strengthen the strategic defense capabilities of the country through reforms and the lessons of war that we have learned ourselves,” said he.

Let’s remember that on July 11-12, at the summit in Vilnius, NATO members agreed to remove the MAP from Ukraine’s path to the Alliance. A multi-year aid program for Ukraine was also approved and the Ukraine-NATO Council was created.
