Vladimir Putin introduced new sanctions against the Russian Federation and supporters of the dictatorial regime by the EU. Collaborators in Crimea and the Russian Federal Security Service were also subject to restrictions. The sanctions were imposed because Brussels considers these individuals to be involved in human rights violations. This was reported by the official journal of the European Union.

On the sanctions list:
- Denis Korovin – FSB officer;
- Vitaly Vlasov – FSB investigator;
- Elena Podolnaya – deputy prosecutor of the Simferopol District Court in Crimea;
- Dlyver Berberov – judge of the Simferopol District Court in Crimea;
- Viktor Krapko – judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea;
- Anastasia Supryaga is a prosecutor in the so-called Crimean prosecutor’s office.
The European Union believes that these individuals are involved in the illegal criminal prosecution of Vladislav Esipenko, who criticized the Putin regime and condemned the war against Ukraine. He was sentenced to six years in prison.
Let us remind you that on August 24, the US Department of Justice expanded sanctions against Russia – they included 11 people and the Artek children’s camp in occupied Crimea. Restrictions were also introduced against the mother of the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov and the head of the Chechen government Muslim Khuchiev.
