This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview on the program Moscow.Kreml.Putin.

“First – please, you can export through ports that are under the control of Ukraine, the Black Sea coast – Odessa and nearby ports. We do not mine the approach to the port, Ukraine mined it. Let them clear the mines., And let the ships with grain leave the port.We guarantee their peaceful passage without any problem in international waters. They must clean the mines and lift from under the ships of “Black Sea that has been deliberately submerged to make it difficult to enter these ports in southern Ukraine. We are ready to do this, we will not use the mine clearance situation to launch some attacks from the sea,” the Kremlin leader said.
There is another possibility, he said.
“The ports of the Sea of Azov – Berdyansk, Mariupol – are under our control. We are ready to ensure the smooth export of Ukrainian grain through these ports. We are already completing the clearance of the mine. We will create we have the necessary logistics, “he said.
In addition, as Putin said, Ukraine can export grain through Romania, Hungary or Poland.
The President of the Russian Federation called the export through Belarus the easiest and cheapest option for the export of Ukrainian grain.
“But for this it is necessary to remove sanctions from Belarus. The President of Belarus puts the question this way. If someone wants to solve the problem, if any, of the export of Ukrainian grain, please, the easiest way is through Belarus, ”Putin stressed.
Earlier, the Russian Federation called the condition for the corridor for grain exports.
