Law enforcement officers detained a 29-year-old man in Transcarpathia, who exposed his genitals in front of a 9-year-old girl in the middle of the street. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Transcarpathian region.
The incident took place on September 4 in the Beregovsky district of the Transcarpathian region.
In one of the streets of the city, a man exposed his penis in front of a child. The girl got scared and ran away. He told his mother what happened, who called the police. It was established that a previously convicted 29-year-old Transcarpathian was involved in the crime.
The suspect was placed in a detention center.
