In Sochi, Erdogan and Putin are scheduled to hold talks in a narrow format, which will be held in the format of a lunch.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived on a visit to Russia and met with its leader Vladimir Putin in the city of Sochi. Russian media reported this on Monday, September 4.

Negotiations began in the Green Hall of the Imperial building of the Sochi sanatorium Rus.

It is planned that the discussion will begin with the participation of delegations, and then the heads of state will continue the negotiations in a narrow format, which will be held in the lunch format.

Anadolu Agency specified that Erdogan’s visit will last for one day.

“The head of state arrived on a one-day working visit to Sochi, where he will discuss current regional and global problems, as well as bilateral relations with his Russian colleague,” the message said.

It will be remembered that on August 2, Erdogan and Putin held telephone conversations. According to their results, the visit of the President of the Russian Federation to Ankara was announced, but it did not take place.

At the same time, at the end of July, the media reported that Putin was ignoring Erdogan’s attempts to renew the grain agreement.
