The Russian Ministry of Defense announced an alleged drone attack in the Kursk region, as well as on the territory of the temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimea. Air defense systems worked in these territories. This was reported on the department’s Telegram channel.
The Russians, as always, boasted of “shooting down all the drones” and blamed Ukraine for the raid itself. One UAV was allegedly shot down in the air by the Black Sea near the occupied Crimea, and the second over the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
Recall that on September 3 in the Kursk region in the evening an unknown drone hit the building of the Federal Security Service. And the authorities said that there was a “fire of a non-residential building” in Kurchatov, located 4 km from the Kursk nuclear power plant.
