Gumenyuk said that whenever a group of Russians left for a mission, they never came back.
In the south, seven enemy boats were destroyed in one day, which were used by Russian saboteurs. This was announced by the representative of the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine Natalia Gumenyuk on Espresso TV.
“Each time, trying to find out what is happening on the left bank, the enemy sends his sabotage and reconnaissance groups in boats. In the past day, the occupier has minus seven such boats. That is, every time the a group of enemies for a task, it will not come back,” he said.
According to Gumenyuk, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are pushing back the enemy in the Kherson region. We are talking about the left bank, from where the attackers are trying to fight the empty right bank.
“The enemy’s attempts to come forward to hit the right bank have actually stopped. By trying to move there, they are putting themselves in danger. By blowing themselves up with mines that they themselves have laid, or subject to our counter-battery combat,” said the spokesperson of the Defense Forces of southern Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed three enemy boats in the Dnieper Delta.
It will be remembered that the commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant-General Sergei Naev, said that two Russian DRGs were prevented from entering the Chernihiv region.
