The husband pulled the girl’s hair and then grabbed the 10-year-old boy and threw him over the railing into the canal. The kid hit the iron beams attached to the bridge. He suffered head and left leg injuries.
Moreover, when the boy was lying in the canal, the man probably threw a glass bottle at him, it hit the child in the right shoulder.
After that, the passer-by fled. Now the police are looking for him.
The children told their parents what had happened, and they immediately called the police. Currently, the prosecutor’s office of the city of Göttingen is investigating the case of an attempted unintentional murder, the man is wanted.
According to the German publication Welt, the prosecutor general believes the attack was politically motivated.
