The Polish Mi-24 crossed the border of Belarus at a very low altitude, flew up to 1200 meters deep in the territory of Belarus, and then returned.
The State Border Committee of Belarus announced that a Polish Mi-24 military helicopter allegedly violated the border of Belarus.
“On the afternoon of September 1, Belarusian border guards recorded a violation of Belarusian airspace by Poland in Berestovitsky district of Grodno region,” the report said.
It was noted that the Polish military helicopter Mi-24 crossed the state border at a very low altitude, flew up to 1,200 meters deep in the territory of Belarus, and then returned.
The Committee said they informed the Polish side of the incident.
It should be reminded that exactly one month ago Poland informed NATO about the violation of its border by Belarusian helicopters.
It was also reported that Poland and the Baltic countries are ready to “completely cut off” Belarus from Europe in the event of “critical incidents” on the border.
