The incident occurred in the Chelyabinsk region near the village of Prudny, Sosnovsky district. This is reported by Russian Telegram channels.
According to preliminary information, three people died, their bodies have already been found. The dead helicopter crew (commander, pilot and flight engineer). Previously, there were no passengers on board, and no one on the ground was injured.
Probably, the cause of the helicopter crash was an engine failure. According to another version, he could catch on high-voltage power lines, after which he fell in the forest 500 meters from the village.
It is noted that the helicopter was performing a training flight – there were two cadets and an instructor pilot on board.
According to witnesses, before the fall, the helicopter initially spun in place, after which it abruptly went down.
