The security service reported the suspicion of the chief prison of the Russian Federation, Arkady Gostev, director of the Russian federal penitentiary service, who created a network of concentration camps in the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine. In the dungeons, Ukrainians from the occupied territories were subjected to brutal torture, including the use of electric current and staged “murders”.
