A Russian missile attack on the night of August 27 resulted in destruction in the Kyiv region.

The air raid lasted for almost three hours, and air defense worked in the Kyiv region. Russian missiles did not hit critical or residential infrastructure. However, the wreckage of downed missiles caused destruction in the region. The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko announced this on Telegram.
In one of the districts, 10 private houses were damaged. One of them has significant damage, windows, doors, roofs were knocked out in other houses, facades were chopped down. The wreckage also damaged two vehicles, as well as a hangar for storing agricultural equipment.
Two people were injured due to minor cuts. Help was provided on the spot. The OVA assures that all necessary assistance is being provided to the victims.
The Office of the Prosecutor General stated that they had recorded another crime of the Russians and began a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war – Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall that on the night of August 27, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with Kh-101 / Kh-55 / Kh-555 air-launched cruise missiles fired by five strategic aircraft. Ukrainian air defense managed to destroy four cruise missiles. Enemy targets were shot down in the central and northern regions.
