According to analysts, the losses caused outrage among the Russian military command. The commanders of the occupiers allegedly ignore the complaints of the personnel about heavy losses and difficult conditions.
Russian bloggers are crying out that the army is underfunded, that their forces are suffering from oppression by our units. They are very annoyed by the counter-battery fight, a powerful beating is taking place from those positions that they tried to seize after the withdrawal of water provoked by a man-made disaster at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power stations, – said the speaker of the joint press center of the Southern Defense Forces Natalya Gumenyuk on the air of the telethon.
According to her, the Armed Forces are destroying the Russian river fleet, on which the enemy is trying to maneuver between the islands. In particular, a lot of work is being done to destroy large-caliber guns.
Over the past day alone, on August 25, in the direction of Kherson, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed:
-
more than 40 Russian occupiers;
-
five guns;
-
eight units of armored vehicles;
-
boat.
In particular, significant work is being carried out on strikes against observation posts, as well as enemy radar stations.
Recall that Ukrainian soldiers are conducting offensive operations in the Melitopol direction, where they have achieved indefinite success.
