The official also answered a question about criticism from the United States.
“Of course, we had serious discussions, but this is not criticism. And one more thing, there is no criticism. All of this is not true,” the official said.
According to him, the Ukrainian counter-offensive is moving slowly because, unlike Russia, Ukraine wants to protect the lives of its soldiers and maintain military equipment.
“We will not send our soldiers to die in battle without any results,” he stressed.
The head of the Defense Ministry added that the Russians still have an air advantage.
“The counteroffensive is not a movie. This is not a Hollywood blockbuster,” Reznikov summed up.
