This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar.
According to her, in order to improve the quality of medical care and simplify the procedures for implementing the decisions of the All-Union Commissariat for the Defenders of Ukraine (registration of vacations, dismissals), the Procedure for the exchange of medical and other documents of military personnel between military units, health care institutions, territorial centers of recruitment and social support was approved.
Until now, all documents related to the passage of the VLK, as well as the registration of vacations to continue treatment or the dismissal of a soldier, were transferred in paper form, – said Malyar.
At the same time, the e-document flow will simplify the interaction between all subjects of the system interacting with military personnel within the framework of the VLC, including military units, recruitment centers and medical institutions. This approach frees military personnel from the role of a “courier”, and instead allows them to quickly obtain the documents necessary to pass the inspection and implement the decisions of the VLK.
These institutions will be able to send and receive the following documents in electronic form:
-
personal lists of servicemen who are being treated in health care institutions;
-
decisions of the military medical commission in the form of a certificate of illness or a certificate of the VLK;
-
information about the circumstances of the injury (wounds, contusions, mutilations);
-
extracts from the medical card of an outpatient and inpatient patient;
-
reports of military personnel on granting them leave for treatment or dismissal from military service for health reasons;
-
excerpts from the orders of the military unit.
Changes in regulatory legal acts are taking place within the framework of the work of the intergovernmental working group on the optimization of the VLK, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Veterans, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the public organization Princip.
