A resident of Ternopil, for 10 thousand dollars, promised to help those liable for military service in preparing documents on temporary ineligibility for military service. The Office of the Attorney General reported this on Friday, August 25.
Under the procedural leadership of the Ternopil district prosecutor’s office, a citizen is notified of suspicion under article Assistance in illegal migration of people across the state border of Ukraine and abuse of influence (part 1 of article 332, part 3 of article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The resident of Ternopil promised the person liable for military service for 10 thousand US dollars for assistance in preparing documents for temporary ineligibility for military service. To do this, the suspect will use his acquaintance in the military medical commission of the TCC SP.
Law enforcement officers have documented the fact of receiving part of the promised funds – $ 5,000.
