Trains will run to Poltava-Yuzhnaya station instead of Poltava-Kyiv station due to a detour.
A freight train derailed in the Poltava region, delaying several flights in the direction of Kharkiv. It is reported Ukrzaliznytsia on his Telegram channel on Friday, August 25.
The company mentioned that they will follow the backup route.
This means train delays:
- 711 Kramatorsk – Kyiv;
- 723 Kharkiv – Kyiv;
- 724 Kyiv – Kharkiv;
- 21 Kharkiv – Lviv;
- 22 Lviv – Kharkiv;
- 17 Kharkiv – Uzhhorod;
- 73 Kharkiv – Przemysl;
- 93 Kharkiv – Chelm.
Due to the detour, trains will run from Poltava-Yuzhnaya station instead of Poltava-Kyiv station. The estimated travel time can be up to four hours.
The waiting rooms of Kyiv and Kharkov stations are open for passengers who are forced to arrive during the curfew.
Remember Ukrzaliznytsia launched additional trains from Kyiv to Lviv.
