Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said that Russia cannot defeat Ukraine militarily, but it wants to try to destabilize the situation in our state. He said this in an interview with Radio Liberty.
“The only thing I want to remember is that the Russian Federation cannot defeat us by military means. Therefore, it has a plan B. It is due to internal destabilization to try to shake our country,” said by Danilov.
