“Russia’s oil embargo has finally been approved. In addition, sanctions will be imposed against Patriarch Vladimir Gundyaev and Sberbank,” he tweeted.
The publication of the list is expected tomorrow.
Earlier this week, EU leaders reached a compromise on a ban on Russia’s oil imports. The embargo will affect 90% of all Russia’s oil imports by the end of this year.
Recall that the oil embargo against Russia will take effect six months after the introduction of the sixth package of sanctions.
